Current regular access time due to safety issues is: Mo-Fr 7am to 8pm during other
times you need to be at least two persons working in the same room and inform the staff
in charge and R. Wepf (by e-mail) - if you work alone you have to fill out an “off-hours
application” under “Safety at EMEZ” see 4th box from top on starting page of EMEZ homepage! (24h/7d access to EMEZ)

For all users with drivers license - from Jan. 1st 2009 on:
1) Instrument reservation only with following notation (see PDF, examples page2): Name, Proj. Nr., Tel. Nr., short topic
2) You are only allowed to make fix reservation up to 14 days in advance! Any reservation further into the future has to be communicated with the staff in charge or you may risk that we have to move your reservation due to instrument service, training or any other reason
3) If you need more than 6 hours per session you should also inform the staff in charge in advance.

Many thanks for your care and help in establishing a smooth user friendly exchange on each instrument left behind tidy and at a good condition.
